How do I return an item?

If there is breakage, spillage or damage, please contact UPS immediately for a claim number. UPS phone number is 1-800-742-5877, or you can e-mail UPS at: UPS Customer Service. Our responsibility for your shipment stops as soon as it is picked up by the shipper, in this case UPS. You must file the claim for damages to UPS. Our limit of liability for a damage claim determined to be our fault, is replacement of the damaged products shipped UPS ground.
We don’t have a print catalog at this time. Our website contains all the items we carry.
The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pots feels the products we offer are of the highest quality available to us. However, the very nature of our products does not allow a guarantee or warranty to be carried on them. We recommend that you, our customers, test for yourselves, the products for compatibility and suitability. We are assuming that our customers are knowledgeable when it comes to candle making products, safety and techniques; therefore we assume no responsibility for injury or damage from the products sold by us.

We are open Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST
We do have a minimum purchase amount of $5.00.
The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pots is striving to get your products shipped to you in the same day that you place your order, although most orders will be shipped within 24 hours. However, if an order is placed later than 3:00 p.m. on a Friday, the order will be processed and shipped the following Monday. Depending on where your shipment is being sent, you probably should allow 3 – 10 days delivery. It’s faster to order on line than it is to place a phone or fax order.
We accept PayPal. We will ship your order to the address you enter in our shopping cart even it doesn’t match your PayPal confirmed shipping address. This makes it much easier to have an order shipped somewhere else and it won’t affect your PayPal shipping address. Sorry, but we do not accept checks for on-line orders.
We do not share your name, address, phone number, email address or anything else about you with anybody unless you specifically request to be spotlighted on our web-site after purchasing your Sisterhood Signature Kit.
Local Pick Up and Delivery Option
You will be able to pick up your orders locally (in San Luis Oblspo county) Tuesday thru Friday. Please allow us at least 24 hours to package your order and then let us know when you would like to come by and get your order. We also provide personal delivery in Atascadero, Templeton and Paso Robles, CA.
If you refuse a shipment or if your order is returned to us for any reason (other than our error), we will have to bill you for shipping charges. Returned merchandise must reach us within 30 days from the date of receipt of your product. We will reimburse only for items that are defective or if we shipped the wrong item to you. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on wax, fragrance oils, flutter-dyes, or wicks. We at the The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pots have done our very best to accurately describe all of our products with representative pictures. We still cannot guarantee that all of our products will come from the same batch as your last order due to the fact that we have several wonderful suppliers.
We understand the concern to you regarding online credit card security. That is why we use PayPal. When you enter your credit card number and billing information into our system, it is securely sent to our bank for verification. We do not keep or store any of your credit card information.
